Shaelee started her fitness journey in 2017. She started attending a kickboxing gym where she fell in love with the feeling of getting stronger. Along with that, she started to see a difference in the way she looked, her energy levels, and confidence. She became an instructor for that gym in April 2017, furthering her career to then become an ISSA Certified Nutritionist in June 2017. In October 2019, she became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in MMA Conditioning. Fitness is her passion and helping others feel good from the inside out is what she loves to do.
